Building a new structure or addition? Submit Your Plan!

Article III, Section A of the Covenants requires that any new construction or addition to existing structures must be approved by the Building Committee BEFORE construction begins. The board does not intend to interfere in any owner's property rights, but the board is obligated to ensure that the structure conforms to our bylaws and covenants. We also want to make sure small oversights are corrected before they become costly issues for homeowners to correct. Failure to comply may result in a lien being placed on your property. Please feel free to contact the board or building committee if you have any questions or concerns.
